This parameter forces Radiator to acknowledge Accounting
requests, even if the AuthBy modules for the Realm or Handler would have
normally ignored the request. This is useful if you do not really want to
record Accounting requests, but your NAS keeps retransmitting unless it
gets an acknowledgment.
Note
All backend processing, such as SQL
queries, is done first, before the reply is sent back to the
NAS.
