If this parameter is defined, it forces AuthBy SQL to only log
Accounting Stop requests to the database. All other Accounting requests
are accepted and acknowledged, but are not stored in the SQL
database.
Note
this parameter is now deprecated and will not be
supported in the future. Use
Section 3.41.6 instead.
You may want to use
this parameter if your accounting system does not use or need Accounting
Start to do its billing.
